Hallie Wagner
joined the firm as an associate in 2009. She received her bachelor
of arts degree from Vanderbilt University in 1999. Wagner graduated
summa cum laude from the University of Mississippi School
of Law in 2006 where she served as Notes and Comments Editor of the
Mississippi Law Journal.
After graduation,
Wagner served as a law clerk to the Honorable Susan H. Black of the
United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Prior to
joining Spotswood Sansom & Sansbury, Wagner practiced commercial
litigation in Tennessee. She is admitted to practice in the state courts
of Alabama, Tennessee, and Mississippi as well as the U.S. district
courts of Alabama, Mississippi, and the Eastern and Western districts of
Tennessee.
