Emily Tidmore joined the firm as an
associate in 2005. Emily received her bachelor of arts degree from
Taylor University in 2001. She graduated from the University of
Virginia School of Law in 2004. During law school, Emily served as
an articles editor for the Virginia Law Review. She received the Roy
H. and Mary Claiborne Ritter Prize and was elected to the Order of
the Coif.
Prior to joining the firm, Emily
served as a law clerk to the Honorable Edward E. Carnes of the
United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
Emily is admitted to practice in the
state courts of Alabama, the United States Court of Appeals for the
Eleventh Circuit, and the federal district courts of the Northern
and Middle Districts of Alabama. She is a member of the American,
Alabama, and Birmingham Bar Associations.
