Appellate Practice

Spotswood Sansom & Sansbury has represented clients in the U.S. Supreme Court, six of the eleven U.S. Courts of Appeal, and in state appellate courts across the country. Six of its seven attorneys have served as law clerks to judges on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Because of this experience, Spotswood Sansom & Sansbury has been asked to file numerous amicus curiae briefs providing input on important legal issues.
